༄༅། །དེ་རིང་འཕགས་ཡུལ་རྡོར་གདན་གཏེར་སྒར་རིག་འཛིན་མཁའ་སྤྱོད་དར་རྒྱས་གླིང་དགོན་དུ་འཕགས་མ་བདེ་བྱེད་མའི་དཔྱིད་ཆོས་ཐེངས་བཅུ་པའི་ཉིན་བརྒྱད་པའི་ཐོག་ཏུ། བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མེ་ཏོག་གང་ལ་ཕོག་པའི་ལྷ་སྐལ་དཔལ་༧རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་༸ཀརྨ་པ་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་བཅུ་བདུན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་གིས་ལྗགས་རྩོམ་མཛད་པ། “ཀར་ལུགས་སྒྲོལ་མའི་མཎྜལ་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་སྲིད་ཞིའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་འགུག་པའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ཞེས་”པའི་ཆོ་གའི་སྟེང་ནས་འཕགས་མ་བདེ་བྱེད་མའི་འདུས་དམངས་
ཡོངས་ཀྱིས། འཛམ་གླིང་ཞི་བདེའི་དེད་དཔོན་༸གོང་ས་༧སྐྱབས་མགོན་༧རྒྱལ་དབང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་མཆོག་དང་། དཔལ་༧རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་༸ཀརྨ་པ་རྒྱལ་མཆོག་ཡབ་སྲས་རྣམ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་དབུས་རིས་མེད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་འཛིན་སྐྱེས་ཆེན་དམ་པ་གང་ན་སུ་བཞུགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞབས་ཟུང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཁམས་སུ་བརྟན་པ་དང་བསྟན་འགྲོའི་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་རླབས་ཆེན་བཞེད་དོན་མཐའ་དག་གེགས་མེད་ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་། རིས་མེད་ཀྱི་འདུས་སྡེ་གང་ན་ཅི་མཆིས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུགས་མཐུན་ཁྲིམས་གཙང་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། རྒྱ་གར་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་འདིས་མཚོན་པའི་ཡངས་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཐ་གྲུ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ནད་ཡམས་དམག་འཁྲུག་མུ་གེ་སད་སེར་སྙིགས་མའི་རྒུད་ཚོགས་མ་ལུས་པ་རང་སར་ཞི་ཞིང་ཆོས་འབྱོར་བདེ་དགེའི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སུ་སྤྱོད་པ་སོགས་སྒོ་དུ་མར་དམིགས་ཏེ་འཚོགས་པའི་ཉིན་དང་པོའི་བརྙན།
Today, on the eighth day of the 10th Arya Kshema, the nuns and their teachers gathered together in Tergar Main Shrine Hall to offer the ritual entitled "The Karma Lineage Tara Mandala Ritual: The Iron Hook That Draws the Glory and Wealth of Samsara and Nirvana"(ཀར་ལུགས་སྒྲོལ་མའི་མཎྜལ་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་སྲིད་ཞིའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་འགུག་པའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ཞེས) which was composed by the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa. All the assembled practitioners of Noble Tara offered aspirations for many purposes, including:
• That His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the omniscient leader of world peace, and His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, these two father and son, along with all the holy great beings who uphold the non-sectarian teachings of Central Tibet wherever they may reside, may have their lotus feet remain stable in the vajra realm, and that their vast enlightened intentions for the teachings and beings may be accomplished without obstacle according to their wishes.
• That all Rimé (non-sectarian movement in Tibetan Buddhism) communities everywhere may be harmonious, maintain pure discipline, and that the teachings of explanation and practice may flourish and spread.
• That in this Noble Land of India and in all vast kingdoms throughout the world, all the degenerations of this degenerate age - epidemics, famines, warfare, conflicts, and all forms of decline - may be pacified in their own place, and that all may enjoy the glory of Dharma, prosperity, happiness, and virtue.
